Texas Math & Science Diagnostic System (TMSDS)

TMSDS is an online tool that assess student strengths and weaknesses in relation to the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS). The Texas Education Agency (TEA) partnered with CORE K-12 (formerly the Princeton Review), a leader in low-stakes formative assessment, to provide the platform and content to create, administer, and report on formative diagnostics that can put current, relevant, and actionable data into the hands of teachers and administrators on a daily basis. The system contains both a test bank of approved items and pre-configured diagnostic exams.
